Questions about event recaps.
How long is an event recap video?
Usually two to three minutes for the main recap, plus 15 to 60 second cuts for social. Long enough to feel the day, short enough that people watch to the end.
How soon after the event do we get it?
Short social cuts can be ready within days. The full recap usually takes one to three weeks, depending on length and how many days we cover. Ask us about a same day edit if you want to show it before everyone goes home.
Can you cover a multi day conference?
Yes. We can cover every day or focus on the moments that matter most, and we plan coverage around your schedule.
Can you film interviews and drone shots at the event?
Yes. Short interviews with attendees, speakers and sponsors make a recap feel human, and aerial shots show the scale of the venue when the airspace and venue allow it.
Do you film events outside Middle Tennessee?
Yes. We travel for events across the US.
